Making every dinner a true experience, that’s what Restaurant Stempels is all about. The restaurant is located partly in the old courtyard of the former printing company Joh. Enschedé, which nowadays is covered by a retractable glass roof, and partly in the adjacent old period rooms at the former home of the Enschedé family. From the restaurant and the glass-covered courtyard, the guests also have a beautiful view of the modern semi-open kitchen. This makes it easy to see the passion and attention with which the food is prepared!
Every day chef Ronald Lamers and his colleagues create surprising menus that offer guests the option to choose the number of courses. Of course we only use fresh, mostly organic products. And you’ll be treated to a tempting array of alternating desserts from our own patisserie. It goes without saying that the menu also features dishes that vary with the season. We’re happy to offer advice on beautiful and special matching wines.
